I'm Olivia, a qualified Personal Trainer and the founder of ASBN Coaching. I help women build strength, confidence and sustainable habits through personalised training, nutrition guidance and ongoing support.
My goal is to help you feel stronger, move better and build a healthier relationship with fitness, whatever stage of your journey you're at.
ABOUT ASBN COACHING
a personal journey
My own fitness journey hasn't always been straightforward. There was a time when I struggled with my health, strength and confidence, and I didn't have the relationship with exercise that I have today.
Discovering fitness changed so much for me. It helped me rebuild my physical strength, improve my mindset and find a sense of confidence I hadn't experienced before. I began to understand that training could be about so much more than how you look. It could be about how you feel, what your body can achieve and the confidence you carry into everyday life.
That experience is a huge part of why I started ASBN Coaching. I want to help other women discover that same feeling and create a relationship with fitness that feels positive, empowering and sustainable.

ABOUT ASBN COACHING
my coaching philosophy
I believe the best training plan is one that works for you.
There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Your goals, lifestyle, experience and individual needs should all play a part in shaping your journey.
My coaching combines strength-focused training, personalised guidance and sustainable habits to help you make progress without feeling restricted by unrealistic expectations.
I'm passionate about helping women build strength, improve their confidence and develop a positive relationship with exercise. It's not about chasing perfection or comparing yourself to anyone else. It's about finding what works for you, showing up consistently and celebrating how far you've come.
Building strong bodies and confident minds.
